The promotion of a healthy lifestyle is a significant feature of the Personal Development, Health and Physical Education curriculum at the College.

Sporting participation and excellence is encouraged through our involvement in a range of representative sports in Catholic Girls Secondary Schools Sporting Association (CGSSSA), Combined Catholic Colleges (CCC), State and National competitions. The College competes in weekday evenings and Saturday sport competitions supported by OLSH staff, coaches and managers.
