The CGSSSA Touch gala day was recently held at Queens Park. OLSH entered teams in the Junior and Senior divisions. Both teams played their best. The Senior team finished 3rd in their pool and missed out on the Semi Finals playoff games.

The Juniors on a count back, finished 2nd in their pool . They played Marist Sisters Woolwich in the semi final and won convincingly 4 – 1.  They then played Monte in the Final. The Juniors played Monte earlier in the day and had lost by 1 try. In the final, the girls saved their best touch until the main game and won 4 – 3.

Congratulations to all players for the effort and sportsmanship they showed on the day. Special thanks to Miss Sylvia Eldahaby for her efforts organising the teams and to Miss Belinda Malakovski for running the gala day.
